Twenty Plus Ten is a board & executive advisory business founded by three people (Alison Henwood, Nigel Hobson and Mark Quartermain) who have each held over 20 years of senior leadership roles in a major multi-national organisation and have also each had over 10 years of Executive Board experience.

We have deep and complementary commercial, operations and finance experience in global commodity and wholesale markets. This provides us with a unique perspective to help identify value opportunities and risk across complex value chains and departmental divisions.

We have worked closely together over many years and therefore possess a strong knowledge of each other’s capabilities. We combine these to provide pragmatic and holistic advice to senior management and Boards.
